PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Assessment of Property Tax made to Tax Assessment No.38438 for the property situated at Municipal Ward No.12 at Door No.8, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore -45 for the period from 01.10.1989 to 01.04.2004 is illegal and unconstitutional and forbearing the respondents from collecting the assessed tax for Assessment No.38438 other by following the provisions contained in the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981.
