Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Stay the Operation of the Decree and Judgment dated 26/02/2014 made in O.S.No. 149 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Salem in ( CMP No.3567 of 2017 IN AS.82/2017). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he is ready to argue the appeal by next week and requests stay of the operation of the decree and judgment dated 26.02.2014 made in O.S.No.146 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Salem till such time.

2. In view of the same, interim stay is granted till 16.03.2017 and on the said date, the learned counsel shall commence arguments otherwise, stay granted by this Court will be vacated. Notice.
