For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sakthivel For Respondent : Mr.M.Elumalai Additional Government Pleader O R D E R The present contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for having committed contempt by willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3047 of 2012 dated 14.03.2012.

2. This Court by an order dated 14.03.2012 in W.P.No.3047 of 2012 directed the Tahsildar concerned to consider the case of the petitioner and pass 1/3

orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the petitioner and others if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. Though time given by this Court was not meticulously followed, the Special Tahsildar, Pallavaram has passed an order in Na.Ka.No.154/2018 dated 29.08.2018 rejecting the representation of the petitioner. The order dated 29.08.2018 is pursuant to the direction of this Court and the same contain reasons for rejecting the request of the petitioner for grant of patta for her lands.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no instructions about the order dated 29.08.2018. This Court is the view that the order dated 29.08.2018 is in due compliance of the direction of this Court. Having regard to the nature of order, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.
