ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the award passed in I.D. No. 9 of 2014 dated 24.10.2017 by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, and to consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner into service with all service benefits including continuity of service.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition the petitioner received the award amount along with the interest of Rs.3,53,163/-. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
