Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Bachelor of Education programme (B.Ed) issued by the Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradhesh to the petitioners do not require evaluation in the State of Tamil Nadu and to direct the respondents not to insist on the petitioners having their respective certificates evaluated.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel representing on behalf of Mr.Karthiklakshmanan, learned counsel on record for the petitioners, filed a memo dated 23.08.2023. The relevant portion of the memo is extracted hereunder:- "The said writ petition came up for hearing on 05.07.2023, 19.07.2023, 26.07.2023 02.08.2023 before this Hon'ble Court and to verify the present status, we sent letter dated 02.08.2023 to the petitioners herein asking them to provide us with necessary details and instructions at the earliest. While awaiting the response from the petitioners the writ petition came up for hearing on 09.08.2023 and lastly on 22.08.2023 before the Hon'ble Madras High Court. However, the letter sent by us dated 02.08.2023 to the Petitioners was returned with the Endorsement "Insufficient Address". The returned covers are enclosed herewith."
