JUDGMENT

The authorities, questioning the interim stay of operation of the impugned proceedings granted in W.P.No.8939 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015, at the notice of motion stage, have come up with this intracourt appeal. Notice has already been made returnable on 11-062015. Hence, at this stage, the proper course would be to appear before the Court and make appropriate application, if so advised, even for vacating the stay and also, a request may be made for expeditious consideration and disposal of the main writ petition. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The appeal stands dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
