ORDER
In a proposed suit for recovery of money and other remedies, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue defendants 1, 4 & 5 before this Court. In the draft plaint, it is stated that the cause of action arose at Chennai where the second defendant issued the bid document and where the plaintiff issued 2/4
the purchase order and where services were provided in part.
2. Upon examining the draft plaint and affidavit in support of the application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to sue. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
