Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in No.15247/A3/2012 dated 10.05.2013 passed by the second respondent, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to continue at Villupuram.

The order of transfer, transferring the petitioner from Villupuram to Cuddalore, is put under challenge in the present Writ Petition. With respect to the said transfer order, an order of interim stay was granted by this Court, pursuant to which, the petitioner continued at Villupuram itself.
2. It is now stated that the petitioner has reached the age of superannuation and has also retired peacefully. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, no effective orders can be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
