Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12167 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions scrupulously.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the investigation is not over and thus, he oppose to relax the condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12167 of 2015 dated 13.05.2015 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e. on every First Monday and Third Monday at 10.30a.m.

until further orders.
