(In WMP.NO.3294/2021) and;

ii) To implead the petitioner as 10th respondent in WP.No.25368 of 2019.(In WMP.No.3299/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.MOHAN, for MR.K.MYILSAMY, ADVOCATE for the petitioner in each of the petitions and of MR.KMD.MUHILAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the 2ND to 4TH Respondents in WMP.NO.3294/2021 and 2 TO 9 Respondents in WMP.NO.3299/2021, the court made the following order:-

The above applications have been filed by the petitioners who seek to implead themselves in the aforesaid writ petitions.

2. It is claimed that they were parties to Section 145 proceedings and had also given explanations therein. However, an objection has been raised on behalf of the learned counsel for the writ petitions for allowing the present miscellaneous petitions.

3. I would therefore, since it is an act of the officials which is being questioned in the writ petition, allow these two applications.

4. Registry to carry out necessary amendment in WP.Nos.25368 & 29211/2019 by 10.08.2021, showing the petitioners as also respondents.

5. List all the cases in the first instance on 12.08.2021. Interim order already granted in WP.Nos.29211, 25368/2019 & 19234/2019 & Crl.RC.No.138/2020 and WMP.Nos.24914 & 23826/2019, is extended till then.
