This application was filed to issue Subpoena to the second respondent with a direction to produce the documents/contracts relating to the terms of supply and sale of equipment and spares and services between the second respondent and first respondent before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that since the learned Arbitrator had passed an award dated 24.02.2023, nothing survives in this application and no further order is required.

3. In view of the above submission, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
