ORDER

When the matter was taken up on 27.4.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 29.4.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Consequently, interim order stands vacated and the M.P.Nos.1 of 2009 and 1 to 3 of 2010 are also dismissed.
