O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.3051 of 2014 dated 03.02.2014,

wherein this Court directed the respondents to grant interest, as applicable, on the delayed payments of DCRG, commuted value of pension, Special PF amount and Provident Fund Subscription amount with effect from 01.05.2004 and encashment of leave on private affairs, encashment of earned leave and difference between subsistence allowance and monthly pension with effect from 01.02.2004, till the respective dates of actual disbursement of the said benefits to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of that order.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by learned counsel for respondents that the order of this Court has been complied with. Learned counsel has also furnished Working Sheet informing the amount settled to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner disputes the said submission stating that still there is an outstanding. However, learned counsel for petitioner shall work out the remedy with regard to balance payment to the petitioner, if any, by making appropriate representation before the concerned authority.

In the aforestated circumstance, the Contempt Petition is closed.
