ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.N.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Arun Prasad, learned counsel for the first respondent.

2. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking directions against the first respondent to disclose the details of the sale and the person to whom the sale certificate was issued.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner got the knowledge of the person to whom property was auctioned. Securitisation application is filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, but it is not being numbered. The petitioner may explain about the date of knowledge of the sale to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, and if further orders are passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal against the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy to challenge the same.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.3998 of 2023 is closed.
