This Application has been filed by the Office of the Official Assignee to permit the Official Assignee to declare and disburse the first and final dividend at the rate of 100 paise in a rupee to the tune of Rs.15,78,182/- to the 26 unsecured creditors whose claims have been adjudicated.

2. The respondents/insolvents appear through their counsel and submit that they have no objection for allowing this application.
