Alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.06.2016 made in W.P.No.18941 of 2016, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader

appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the first respondent has passed an order dated 04.04.2017 in Ref.No.LL1/21232/2016. He has also produced a copy of the same.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
