..Respondent Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant injunction restraining the respondent, its men, agents and all persons claiming under or through the respondent from interfering or disturbing in any way with the Applicant's peaceful possession of the property mentioned in the schedule to the Judges Summons except under the due process of law until further orders. This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- Mr. G.A. Thiyagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that on instructions he is withdrawing the allegations made against the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee in the affidavit filed in support of the
application.
2. The learned counsel for the applicant has also made an endorsement to that effect in the application and the same is taken on record.
3. In view of the averments stated in paragraph 9 of the report dated 10.02.2022 filed by the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee, I do not find any reason to grant an order of interim injunction. In such view of the matter, the application is dismissed.
