S.No. 120/1 and S.No.119/3, Plot No.89, 116 in Thirupathy Avenue , Thirupoathy Nagar, Alagapuram Village of Salem Taluk and Salem District belonged to the petitioner pending disposal of the appeal bearing SA No.1092/2022 on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal at Coimbatore.

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.4480 of 2023 is closed.
