ORDER
The contempt petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.23295 of 2015, dated 31.07.2015.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied and the DCRG benefits and family pension arrears amount have been credited to the petitioner's account on 12.10.2022 and 25.10.2022 respectively.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 27.10.2022 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No hvk To 2/4
