This application was filed to set aside the order dated 29.04.2019 passed by the learned Official Liquidator and direct him to accept the claim of the applicant.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that the claim statement was rejected since the applicant has not produced the recovery documents.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now all these documents are available and they are ready to produce the same to the learned Official Liquidator.

4. This Court feels it appropriate to direct the petitioner to submit all the available documents to substantiate its claim before the learned Official Liquidator. Thereafter, the learned Official Liquidator is directed to consider all the documents furnished by the applicant and take the claim on record filed by the applicant if it is otherwise in order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2

5. The applicant is directed to file all the documents on or before 20.03.2023.

6. With these directions, the order dated 29.04.2019 passed by the learned Official Liquidator is set side. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
