Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 27.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9617 of 2021 to surrender before the concerned Magistrate.
