Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the present writ petition is of the year 2013 seeking for allotment of seats to MBBS course under the disabled category. It is recorded at the time of admission in the present writ petition that earlier, the writ petitioner has filed W.P No.18642 of 2012 with a prayer to consider the case for admission for the earlier academic year 2012-2013 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 01.08.2012 and against the said dismissal order, W.A No.1812 of 2012 has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been filed and the same is pending. Further, it is seen from the case status, the aforesaid writ appeal was dismissed as infructuous on 22.06.2017. Hence, the present writ petition has now become infructuous.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
