This application has been filed seeking to permit the applicant to continue in the premises as a tenant on payment of increased rent that may be fixed by this Court, until further orders.

Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant and also the learned A.G. & O.T. that main application in O.A. No.482 of 2020 itself has been dismissed vide order dated 11.02.2022 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this application.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G. & O.T., this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
