This application has been filed only to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Mr.Mani Sundaragopal, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.

3. In view of the same, this Application stands allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from 25.02.2024 to pass an Award.
