Respondent Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking of a writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore in Cr.M.P.No.35556 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 and quash the same.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In view of the urgency made out by counsel for petitioners in the morning session, leave was granted to circulate the matter at 2.15 p.m.

2. At 2.15 p.m., Shri. Om Prakash appearing for respondent states that Mr.Imaiyavaramban will file vakalatnama on behalf of respondent within one week from today and waives notice.

3. Shri. Om Prakash also submits, as an officer of the Court and in fairness that the impugned order dated 10.01.2025 could not have been

passed in view of the earlier orders. Shri. Om Prakash expresses apology on behalf of respondent and further states that the impugned order be quashed and set aside keeping open all rights and contentions of the parties.

4. Shri. Sridevan for petitioners is naturally very happy with the submissions made by Shri, Om Prakash.

5. Therefore, the impugned order dated 10.01.2025 is hereby quashed and set aside. The writ petition is disposed of. All rights and contentions are kept open. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3286 of 2025 seeking leave to permit petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered and W.M.P.No.3287 of 2025 also stands disposed of.
