O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the original petition in H.M.O.P No.114 of 2020, on the file of subordinate Judge's Court, Gudiyatham and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records, the respondent filed HMOP No.114 of 2022,on the file of on the file of subordinate Judge's Court, Gudiyatham for divorce. Now the petitioner living with her aged mother in Chennai and the distance between Gudiyatham and Chennai is nearly about 100 kilometers.

4. Considering the difficulties faced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P No.114 of 2020, on the file of subordinate Judge's Court, Gudiyatham and to the Sub Court, Alandur.

5Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of, and H.M.O.P No.114 of 2020, pending on the file of subordinate Judge's Court, Gudiyatham, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Alandur. Further, the concerned Court is directed to transfer the records in connection with H.M.O.P No.114 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Sub Court, Alandur. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
