ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.79 of 2015 registered by the first respondent for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C. r/w 34 I.P.C. as against the petitioner.

2. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner has sought for quashing the FIR. Now, almost three years have lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, considering the crime is of the year 2015, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, before the jurisdiction Magistrate, if not already filed. 3.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
