This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 511 days in paying the deficit court fee. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Even though sufficient reasons have not been assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay in paying the deficit court fee, considering the ground that have been raised in the main appeal, this Court is convinced that the main issue has to be gone into in this appeal.

In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 511 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the appellant deposits a sum of Rs.2,500/- [Rupees Two thousand and five hundred only] to the credit of the President, Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157), within a period of ten days from today. 6.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission.
