Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2020 for issuance of patta in the name of the Petitioner for the lands measuring 1.46 1⁄2 acres situated in survey nos.101/1 and S.No.101/5 in Sembarasanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2020 for issuance of patta in the name of the Petitioner for the lands measuring 1.46 1⁄2 acres situated in survey nos.101/1 and S.No.101/5 in Sembarasanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 17.03.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the first respondent/DRO.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
