Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to consider his representation dated 10.01.2019.

According to the Petitioner, he joined the 2nd Respondent/College in the year 2012-13 and completed two years of studies. Though, he completed classes for the third year with 98% attendance and was about to write exams in January 2016, due to an unfortunate incident, their College was closed and he was also implicated in the said incident, arrested and sent to jail. After opening of their College, he approached the 1st Respondent to permit him to write the third year examinations https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and he also made a detailed representation dated 10.01.2019 to that effect. As the same is pending consideration, the Petitioner is before this Court.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, a direction may be issued to the 1st Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2019 within a reasonable time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into its merits, this Court directs the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioners' representation dated 10.01.2019 in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
