The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2011 requesting to carry out the repair works in the petitioner's premises at Door No.14/19, Thiru.Vi.Ka.Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.
