2.At the time of filing the appeal, the petitioners have paid a Court fee of Rs.1,10,928/-. Now, there is a deficit Court fee of Rs.1,928/-. In para-4 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners have satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned. The petition is ordered.
