Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.M.Lalitha, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful enjoyment of the water resources from taking water through lorries from the petitioner's bore-well situated at S.No.384/18, M.Nathampalayam, Sembiyanallur Post, Nambiyampalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

3. The learned Government Advocate by producing a letter dated 26.06.2019 of the second respondent would submit that the petitioner is not taking water from the bore-well situated at S.No.384/18, for commercial activities.

4. In the light of the above fact, nothing survives for consideration by this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
