JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) With consent of both the parties, the writ appeal is taken up for final hearing.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the order granting status quo is not clear and as such, the same needs clarification.

This Court is of the view that the appellants are competent to move the Court, wherein the writ petition is pending, seeking clarification of the same.

We, accordingly, grant liberty to the appellant to make an application for clarification of the order, if so advised. In the event, the application is made, we expect that the learned Single Judge would look into that and pass appropriate orders. 5.

With the aforestated observations, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
