This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by way of false case against him.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.
3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
