It is seen from records that this Court had already directed the respondent police to take into consideration the documents submitted by the petitioners in the course of investigation and to complete the investigation within a period of 12 weeks. The grievance of the petitioners is that there has been absolutely no progress in the investigation and left with no other option, the present criminal original petition has been filed before this Court. 2.

The petitioners or their authorized representative, are directed to appear before the respondent police on 18.02.2021 at 11.00 a.m along with all the relevant documents. Post this case under the caption for orders on 02.03.2021. The respondent is directed to file a status report in this case.
