This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.378 of 2018 in W.P.4802 of 2017 dated 24.08.2018 has not been complied with.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Petition, an order is passed by this Court on 06.02.2019 by the first respondent-Managing Director, ELCOT. Thus, he submitted that the petitioner will work out his remedy in a manner known to law separately, as against the said order.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
