The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue subdivision patta for the lands comprised in Survey Nos.3731 / 4

1, 372, 371, 318 situated in Marupalli Village and for the lands comprised in Survey Nos.535-1, 536-1, 538-3, 535-3, 536-1, 538-1, 532-2, 581-1A, 578-A1, 579, 548-1, 551-1, 551-3, 543-1A1 situated in Thalikothanur Village by forthwith considering the application of the petitioner dated 26.11.2022 made in application Nos.2022/0105/31/416565 and 2022/0105/31/416546.

2. In respect of the land at various survey numbers situated at Thalikothanur Village, the petitioner wanted to survey the land and to issue separate patta by way of subdivision. Hence, he has made application Nos.2022/0105/31/416565 and 2022/0105/31/416546 through online and the said application since have not been considered, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.Arjun learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that, the applications submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

"That there shall be a direction to the respondent Tahsildar to consider the applications submitted by the petitioner in 2022/0105/31/416565 and 2022/0105/31/416546 and the needful shall be undertaken after completing the survey, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
