Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to place the petitioner's name in Sl.No.1 based on her date of appointment in the post of Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher in the panel for the post of Middle School Headmaster (Municipal Middle School) of the year 2011 in Dharapuram Panchayat Union, Tiruppur District and promote the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster (Municipal Middle School) with all consequential benefits.
