This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in Dis.No.2679 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.10332 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 13.06.2018, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in S.C.No. 166 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge at Chennai has sent a communication dated 27.02.2019 in Dis.No.2679 of 2019, narrating the sequence of proceedings in S.C.No.166 of 2016 and sought for further period of six months time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above communication in Dis.No.2679 of 2019, dated 27.02.2019 this Court grants a further period of six months time to complete the trial in S.C.No.166 of 2016 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
