PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to execute the Discharge Deed in respect of the Mortgage Deed dated 20.02.2007, registered as Document No.2872 of 2007 under Loan A/c Nos.565418639 and 565454949, vide representation dated 02.01.2020. O R D E R
It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that Discharge Deed had been executed and registered as Document No.2001 of 2020 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Periyanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore District.
2.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
"Cancellation deed has been executed on 07.02.2020. The petition may be dismissed as not pressed."
3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
