Respondents PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to aside the order and decreetal order dated 06.01.2017 passed by the learned District Munsif Judge, Tiruvallur District rejecting EA SR.No.2807 of 2016 in E.A.No.1 of 2012 in E.P.No.62 of 2008 in O.S.No.331 of 1985.

O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition to aside the order and decreetal order dated 06.01.2017 passed by the learned District Munsif Judge, Tiruvallur District rejecting EA SR.No.2807 of 2016 in E.A.No.1 of 2012 in E.P.No.62 of 2008 in O.S.No.331 of 1985.

2. But, in view of the provision in Order 21 Rule 103, C.P.C the petitioner has to file an appeal before the appropriate forum and thus the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, to approach before the appropriate forum, if so advised, within two weeks from the date

of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
