O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the first respondent from including the name of the second respondent in the final seniority list of Sanitary Inspectors of Salem Corporation, in pursuance of tentative Seniority list published in Memo.No.C4/9123/2013 dated 18.01.2021 by considering the objections submitted by the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

21.01.2021 and other Sanitary Inspectors dated 23.01.2021, in the light of the letter of the Principal Chief Secretary of the Government in Letter No.38866/L1/2019-5 Health and Family Welfare (L.1) Department, dated 27.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.C4/9123/2013 dated 10.02.2021, rejecting the request of the petitioner and others. The first respondent is directed to serve the copy of the proceedings dated 10.02.2021 in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the same.

3. Since the order has been passed, no further orders are required in this writ petition. The legal submissions raised in the writ petition is reserved, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 10.02.2021.
