Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to file statutory appeals. He has filed a memo dated 28.07.2020 to that effect on behalf of the petitioners.
2. Acceding to the request, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted liberty to file statutory appeals challenging the impugned order, within a period of four (4) weeks from today. If the statutory appeal is filed within the time stipulated aforesaid, the appeals shall be
admitted without reference to limitation but subject to compliance of all other statutory conditions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
