Kanaki/R.S./D.No.587/04 dated:23.08.2004 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to restore the electricity connection of the petitioner's industry situated at No.3/88 Mount Poonamallee Road, Ramapuram, Chennai-89.
