Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the orders in (i) Pro. No.B1/32256/2006-1 dated 26.6.2006 of the second respondent (order of suspension) and (2) Pro. No.B1/32256/2006-2 dated 26.6.2006 of the second respondent (order not permitting to retire) to quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the Respondents to permit the Petitioner to retire from service on 30.06.2006 AN. without any condition and in the normal course with entitlement to all consequential monetary and retirement benefits and to disburse the arrears of such benefit with interest on the delayed payment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that by order dated 02.05.2011, the order of suspension dated 26.06.2006 has been revoked and the petitioner has been permitted to retire from service with effect from 30.06.2006. Thus, he does not wish to pursue this writ petition any further.
