Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent, its officers, employees and agents from closing the front road side entrance provided by it from the Palani Palakadu Main Road to the petitioner's lease hold shop bearing shop No.13, Anna Bus Stand, Pollachi or making any structural alterations therein.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from closing the front road side entrance provided by it from the Palani-Palakadu Main Road to the petitioner lease hold shop or making any structural alterations therein.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that the Municipality has no intention to alter the structure of the leased out shop granted in favour of the petitioner and subsequently, the lease period was also extended for the further period of 3 years from 2019 to 2022 in favour of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
