Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent issued in No.108/8/162/ECHS dated 8.12.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service in the post of Lab Assistant with all monetary and service benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner has challenged the termination order passed by the respondent for the reason that the Institution where the petitioner had undergone Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Course is not affiliated by any University.
2. When the matter came up for hearing before this Court, counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the Institution where the petitioner undergone the said Course was not affiliated by any University and therefore, the impugned termination order, dated 8.12.2009 had been passed by the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner is not interested to prosecute the writ petition for contractual employment.
4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel appearing for the parties and also on merit, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
