COMMON ORDER The challenge in these three Writ Petitions is to notice dated 06.07.2010 proposing to initiate action in terms of Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 (in short 'Act') to evict the petitioners for non-payment of rent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pending Writ Petitions, the arrangement qua the petitioners and the Temple, i.e., R4 Chennai Arulmighu Ekambareswarar Thirukkoil has been regularized, new lease agreements entered into for enhancement of rent and the petitioners continue in peaceful occupation thereof currently.
