This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the written statement by the applicants / defendants.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / plaintiff has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this application.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants / defendants. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the written statement is taken on record.

4. Post the matter for filing of Affidavit of Admission / Denial of documents on 15.02.2024.
